Jackpot season is fast approaching! If your membership is not current, renew it today so you don’t miss any points! Remember, membership is not effective until it is received in the JMGSC office.

The JMGSC is on pace to surpass our total membership from last year VERY soon! At 96 members, we are only 14 members away as of 4/19/2012. Keep up the good work of promoting the JMGSC to your friends and let’s blow last year’s mark of 110 out of the water!

16th Annual JMGSC Awards Banquet

The JMGSC is gearing up for its annual awards banquet and we need everyone’s help. Among the many duties is the task of seeking donors, so if you know anyone who would like to support a great non-profit youth organization, please contact them. A member can earn 2 points (up to a maximum of 10 points per show season) for obtaining a NEW donor of $100 or more who has never been a JMGSC donor. Please contact the JMGSC for details.

Date and location change! The Awards Banquet will be held July 28, 2012, at 6:00 p.m. in the Wall Brethren Church Fellowship Hall in Wall, TX, approximately 12 miles from San Angelo. We apologize for the mis-cue this year, but it is a very nice place and we believe our banquet will be better than ever.

Don’t forget! Michelle Wilkey will be putting together another great powerpoint presentation. She is asking our members to send pictures that she could use in the slideshow. You may e-mail them to Michelle.Wilkey@saisd.org.

14th ANNUAL JMGSC SHOW

The JMGSC Board of Directors at its October 15th meeting voted to require ALL exhibitors participating in the annual JMGSC Show beginning with the 14th Annual JMGSC Show in 2012 to be current JMGSC members. If a non-member wants to participate in the annual JMGSC Show, a membership fee of $25 must be paid prior to weighing in your goats.
